Nam Cat Island is a small island in Lan Ha Bay and part of the Cat Ba Island World Biosphere Reserve. It has scenic seascapes surrounded by a ring of limestone mountains, white sandy beaches with crystal clean water and a wide variety of flora and fauna.
From Ben Beo pier in Cat Ba by boat it is approximately 30 minutes to Nam Cat Island. On arrival, a deep breath of the fresh sea air will give you a taste of the exclusive experience this island has to offer.
Nam Cat Island Resort features unique wooden houses on stilts. The accommodation comprises of three large bungalows, each with 6 luxurious rooms. In addition, there are 9 private beach huts with cork-lined walls, palm leaf ceilings and fans. All mattresses, bedding and mosquito nets are provided.

The surrounding landscape is spectacular- the beach leads down to a shallow bay where you can float in the water and watch the stars after eating dinner around a bonfire on the beach.
