DEPOSIT: 30% total cost per person is required to secure your reservation.
For late reservation (less than one week before the departure date of the trip) full payment for the trip or hotel reservation is required.
Deposit can be made via Bank Transfer .

Final payment is to be made by cash or credit card at Cat Ba Ventures Office or at your hotel on your arrival date in Cat Ba Island.
CANCELATION/ REFUND:
Cancelation can be made by email or fax to us above email or fax:
If you cancel your reservation before 20 days due to your departure date of the trip). Full refund of your deposit
If you cancel your reservation less then 10 days due your departure of the trip. We will charge as 100% of your deposit fee and no refundable.
AGREEMENT:
- For deposit fee of the trip/ reservation services is not including bank fees or transfer fees) customer has to pay extra for bank fees or transfer fees.
For final payment at: CAT BA VENTURES office
if you pay by cash is no fee, if you pay by credit card we will add as 3 % bank charge into total among of your payment in advance.
